SAF (Football Public Company)

SAF - (Sociedade Anônima do Futebol): In a healthy attempt to give a new life to football clubs, law 14,193/21 was instituted, which establishes the Football Anonymous Society and sets rules for its constitution, governance, control, transparency, financing methods for football activities, treatment of liabilities of sports entities, and specific tax regime. We will transition to the Football Anonymous Society (SAF) model for União São João de Araras. We at JRCLaw will be responsible for changing the club's management and liaising with potential partners and investors. Founded in 1981, União São João de Araras is considered one of the leading football clubs in the interior of São Paulo.
